During the testing of the KvikPic.com service, a simple (non-exclusive) license of the test period is valid. The license applies to all images created in the service during the testing period, after the termination of the test period of the service, all images created earlier continue to be licensed under this license.

Under this license, you can use all the material created in the KvikPic.com service for free, both for private and commercial use. You can modify, create derivatives, include in the composition of complex composite works, an unlimited number of times, in any number of print runs, without limitation on the period of use, in all countries of the world.  

 

You can not

You cannot use individual objects from the KvikPic catalog as standalone works, sell them, or transfer them to third parties or redistribute them.

You cannot use images obtained using the KvikPic.com service for distribution through photobanks , photo stocks , or other catalogs that provide access to content on a paid or free basis.
